In 2022 and 2024, BiblioCopy digitised a range of historic materials in accordance with the standards of the German Digital Women's Archive (DDF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group bc-reference-facts is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"bc-reference-fact wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project period<\/strong><br>2022 and 2024<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"bc-reference-fact wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Collections<\/strong><br>Records, photographs, glass plates and card indexes<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"bc-reference-fact wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Services<\/strong><br>Scan, metadata, ALTO-OCR<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varied archival collections from a single provider<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digitisation of a historical personnel file including metadata creation and ALTO-OCR<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Digitisation of historical files, photographs and glass plates<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Digitisation of the pupil card index of the Verein Jugendheim Charlottenburg<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Digitisation of historical photographs and postcards<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The different originals require tailored capture methods and precise quality control. Consistent metadata then ensures that the digital copies can be found and reused reliably in the DDF context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation in line with DDF standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The DDF requirements combine technical quality with consistent cataloguing.
